Flexibility to work remote as needed, great recruiting tools (JobDiva/LinkedIn Recruiter), tenured sales, great clients, and their process is solid and NOT micro-managey. Company-wide calls are positive and the focus is on starts, not dials or in-office interviews, like some other firms. This isn't my first staffing company to recruit for, so I am able to compare and contrast, and Genesis10 knows what they are doing. They have the right leadership in place and give you what you need to succeed. They have a good mix of contract and perm roles, and manager-contact vs. VMO reqs (and everything in between). The salespeople have been in the business 15+ years, so they know how to negotiate bill rates, how not to prioritize reqs that won't move, and they give feedback with open communication and without drama! You know they are actually working and not at the gym or shopping. Management is happy to give opportunity to those who are willing to put in the work to fill a job. Great place!

I worked as an employee for Genesis10, contracted to an insurance company in an IT role. I very rarely spoke to anyone at Genesis10, but when I needed something they were very responsive. They checked up on me from time to time and were very encouraging when I received a full time offer else where.
