      - If you come through the Dev10 program you will be compensated to learn how you be a full-stack developer - Will work on your behalf to pair you with a position/company and will check in with you periodically to make sure you are doing well. -From what I heard/ experienced personally, Gensis10 had a high turnover rate for their contractors at their planted company, especially within a 1-year time frame,

      - Due to remote work and different company policies, strange situations happen in which Genesis10 or the planted company recognizes holidays the other doesn't.
