Pros

The best part about Dev10 is the extensive training - a 3 month intense (40-60 hours per week) boot camp that gives you relevant technical skills for tech work.

Cons

You get paid less while training and waiting to be placed with a client. For me I was placed with a client withing a few weeks of graduating from training.

The instructors are fantastic. They'll get you up to speed to develop software professionally. I also didn't have any trouble with getting placed with a client.

Cons

The pay and benefits are well below industry standard, even if you value the training like you would for a bootcamp.
