      Amazing Company to work. Mainly if you are in sales.

      Pros

      Customer oriented company, high touch on customer business. Very good mood and energized employees. Easy access to high level executives.

      Cons

      Sales compensation a bit lower than the market. Professional services area need to be more accessible and flexible. Need improvements on professional services and support areas to support sales.

      Pros

      Nice people. Free parking, close to Bart. Not the prettiest place to work but convenient.

      Cons

      Many employees have been here a long time and many are not open to change. Company runs lean but not smart. Manager's need more management training. Huge disparity with compensation. Many managers with direct reports are remote or work from home 2-3 times a week.

      Challenging, recognize people for good work, freedom to do your job, support from leadership, flexibility, best place I have worked

      Cons

      takes longer to build relationships with colleagues who are remote, but also fun to work with people all over the world
