      Collaborative environment, great technology, outstanding delivery.

      Cons

      Financial policies have been set in place only to project an appearance of good health, yet are not sustainable. This is in the form of rapid increase in software maintenance rates.

      1. great work culture - open, cross platform inter-team communication and people are willing to help. 2. No managerial nagging of work flow order - responsibility of the work depends on the individual and only streamlining done to achieve maximum efficiency. 3. visibility of work is till upper management, recognizing individual contributions, tremendous scope to learn SIP/VoIP and Contact Center technology.

      1. Below average growth opportunities - a person is stuck in the role he joins into. 2. Average pay - in most cases below industry levels. 3. NO EMPLOYEE IMPROVEMENT program. No Client interaction/managerial scope of transition from Engineering division.

      Pros

      Wonderful company; they are pretty laid back but knows what it takes to get the job done. Extremely team oriented company; people are open to change; love the work life balance. This place has been great to work for so far!
