With people at the core of all that we do at Genpact, we make significant efforts in ensuring that our employees have a meaningful work-life balance. Equitable distribution of work among resources is a key area of attention in each of our global, diverse and inclusive teams. Our compensation and benefits packages are highly competitive and are regularly benchmarked against industry standards. But more than all of that, we believe in rewarding employees not with mere 9-to-5 jobs but rich, long-term and meaningful careers. It’s true that learning is changing at a rapid pace and each of us needs to unlearn what we learnt yesterday and then reskill ourselves with newer tools, technologies and methodologies to perform better each day. We offer some of the best training programs in the industry, which are recognized globally by ATD and Brandon Hall. It’s deeply unfortunate that you couldn’t experience some of our best-in-class people practices during your tenure. However, we hold your feedback in high regard and promise to look closely at some of the practices to ensure future employees don’t ever feel the same way.
