Got hired on as a process associate but never got to start and they lied to me the whole time they kept telling me they would get back with me but I never got a response from anyone. I had quit my other job because I was supposed to start and when I finally had to go up there and ask they said that they were still trying to finish my background and it should just be a couple of days just to hang tight now I don't get any emails back I haven't gotten any calls and they've never hired me. Genpact doesn't care that just like everybody I have a family to support and now I have to try to find another job. Word of advice do not go to this company they are not reliable and they are not professional and they don't care about anybody!
