      it's a good place to start your career. You will be provided with brief KT sessions and background walk through before you are assigned with any project. Management over here is very approachable. I have had discussions with Engagement managers and these people are awesome at guiding right path. With technical knowledge we will also attain domain knowledge and i have learned how the actual business will flow in real time world. Overall it's a good place to work.

      Cons

      Moving from one project to another after a year or two is a bit difficult process over here. It will be good if the management can rectify this. Nothing else cheers!!!
