1. Worst pay masters of the industry 2. Out dated systems and processes 3. Highly dependent on GE and its existence. 4. No place for Post-Graduates 5. Very slow growth. 6. Will make you believe that you are meant to do this job for the rest of your life. 7. Highly rigid process.

More n more for learning point of view. Good for trainings too, you can do multiple trainings during that period which is good for your career as well.

Transport facility was not good even Genpact provides drop facility only. 😊
