      Remote work, be able to have flexible work schedule, good tele presence tools to get your work done.

      Cons

      Large and un-organized. Very difficult to make a difference if management above you does not want to change the day to day.

      Good training to learn about Genpact Company.

      Cons

      Genpact immediate team supervisor changed 5 times within year. No company goals except to add more bodies in seats with their clients. Genpact HR Leadership, is not located on site, and is totally unresponsive to employee questions - stonewalls you. Overwhelming bias toward promoting personnel from Genpact's home country - India. Lack of leadership support and little real interest in employees. Pay is low. If you have any other job opportunities, pass on Genpact.
