Pros

If you like the following as "pros," the Richardson Genpact work environment may be good for you! Free drinks and snacks in the breakrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Hood/thug/rap/hip hop culture adherents. Frequent cussing in and outside of the classroom. Black power. Favoritism. If the majority of your classmates are failing the exams, something magical may happen as you see your class average jump to 90 something percent. Loud classroom environments - your class may be told multiple times to keep it down, but nobody will ever take disciplinary action against the loud and obnoxious. VPs, AVPs, VIPs, or higher-ups may be very impressed by the multiculturalism and values being impressed on employees! Speak a little French or dress nicely, that may convey some virtue signalling for being classy!

Cons

A semblance of morality is maintained, but the company does encourage you to be your authentic self, so it's understandable why people would be told the following things are bad, as obviously some people need to be reminded to keep a semblance of morality and ethics: medicine cabinet theft, 1st floor snack shop theft, computer theft, pot smoking in the parking lot, gossiping, telling taxi drivers who "Honey Badger" is, etc.

Pros

Flexible hours at first,

Cons

They say they are transparent but apparently they don't know the definition of the word. Moral on the floor is the lowest I've ever seen a few hundred people and 95% are miserable. Revolving door company they start searching for new jobs as soon as they are hired.

Pros

Attracted me with generous sign on bonus and competitive salary. All down hill from there.

Cons

Where should start? - RFP responses are not aligned to business strategy. Committee (QSRM) that approves new business accepts almost all new business. The entire committee is made up of Sales Leaders, so what would one expect? - I was treated with extreme disrespect by leadership. By disrespect, I mean public embarrassment on multiple occasions even after I politely requested a change in this behavior. I reported this to HR. As far as I know, no action was taken - Hierarchical policies- for example, only VPs travel business class. AVPs and lower travel economy no matter how long the flight is. Ever travel US to India in coach? Not recommended. - Very annoying and inefficient internal processes due to excessive controls. For example, when you book travel your manager needs to approve it in the system. The approval window can be very short, and travel is automatically cancelled if the approval window is missed. Just imagine the frustration of having to resubmit the whole thing and wondering if the window will be missed again. Too many more cons to mention. My best advice is to not get lured into this awful place to begin with.
