      Genpact work culture which includes Integrity & profesionalism.Oppurtunity to learn while working.The company is actualy concerned about being employee's no: 1 & consiously make an effort to provide a career.It will be a rewarding career but you need to be a long term player.

      Cons

      Salary,Time spend in office.The new folks in Genpact inunfortunately diluting the standard of the comany especialy the band5 till band 4b. Transport.

      A good brand, variety of clients, geographic presence

      There are lot of downsides working with Genpact. It is a typical government organization, where one is promoted because of the time spent with the organization rather than competencies. Senior management is very hands off leaving the way to middle management to tackle most of the burden and client issues. Lastly the pay is real pathetic and they talk as if they are doing a favor by employing you
