      Wasted a year of my life

      Pros

      The patients and caregivers and the local team were amazing! I actually loved the work I was doing.

      Cons

      No support from leadership. Poor training. Directors held accountable for everything without adequate resources. Rocking the boat, speaking out it standing up for yourself will get you fired.

      You have health and dental insurance.

      Hiring people in new positions and laying off with no reason. Little to no communication. Unfair noncompete after lay offs.

      Pros

      I honestly can't think of any outside of the fact that I love hospice work and the patients. CURO is poorly run.

      Cons

      Decisions making is far far removed from where the work actually occurs. Expected to work far more than 40 hours for salaried position. Case load is too high. Little to no training provided. Three people in chain of command will give you three different answers to the same question.
