      Pros

      Hospice, need I say more?

      Cons

      While hospice is mandated to utilize volunteers, no hospice company makes the programs a priority. Company goes about business as usual with volunteers as an after thought, "Oh, that's nice dear."

      Pros

      The people I work with are very nice and actively work towards the same goals. I find that the company, as a whole, is headed in a good direction and it is a good time to be here. Salary is good and benefits are pretty nice as well. I am able to fully support the passion of this company by providing care and support to our patients and their families.

      Cons

      The fast pace of work can sometimes feel tedious and wear you down. This is not something unusual in my line of work, however. Ultimately, it can be viewed as a challenge to overcome and once it is, you are usually left with a feeling of accomplishment.

      Pros

      There is nothing positive about working for a company that has no integrity and management that has no experience in the roles they are managing.

      Cons

      Hands down the most horrible company. Hospice takes heart and this is a cookie cutter machine. Curo takes over great companies and eliminates jobs on day one. Overworked employees, horrible benefits, policing technology and cocky VP top heavy!
