Pros

Family feel with coworkers, patients first, cooperation from corporate, great educators and regional support staff, great wages. Management listens. The patients come first and the employees come first to management.

Cons

Work/life balance, tho not bad (same with ALL hospices). Any other cons, you’ve brought them on yourself. Attitude is everything

Pros

Caring for the patients and their families was the greatest part of the job. The HHA’s, Chaplain and CPM were wonderful.

Cons

Brought in a lot of outside staff to see patients. Spent a lot of time riding the clock with nothing to do.
