Pros

Some people who work for NCH are good people. Some field nurses are always open to helping one another. Staff is friendly. Patients and families are well cared for, spiritually and mentally.

Cons

It’s like high school sometimes with “clicks”. Employees do not matter, well only a few. Horrible, expensive health insurance. Always changing.
