Pros

Ability to help people with end of life needs. Great coworkers. Nothing else but Glassdoor is making me write more to fill the 20 word minimum.

Cons

Very disorganized. No true training for any position. Not even upper management which makes it hard to communicate issues to them. Corporate seems to only cares only about the almighty buck. Policies not clear and corporate does not help to make them clear. Always short staffed. Never updated on corporate contacts that change. You could email and call person who has been handling things and not know they are no longer with the company for weeks.

I cannot think of one positive thing to say about this company. It's definitely not a good place to experience true hospice work.

Cons

Poor management. Inexperienced hospice leadership!! A joke!! Horrible benefits. Poor customer service. Cookie cutter care provided to dying patients. I became embarrassed to say I worked here.

At first work environment was positive.

Cons

They claim schedule is flexible but it's really not. The more you do the more they ask. Routinely working nurses 70+ hours a week. Work life balance non-exsistant, management not available to speak with. Sub par patient care, too little training, always short staffed and piling caseloads too high
