- Little Support from area management - Communication - Terrible Exit

No support or guidance from administration or corporate. I was judged and disliked by the office staff for no reason yet was told I was negative. Very toxic as no one supports you or tries to provide positive feedback. If you are family or favored then you may go far. Terminated as they expected me to reach goals in three months that the precious VC did not meet in three years. Rather than terminate her, she was given a new position. My mental health was very unstable during the three months working here because I did nothing but self doubt and wonder why the "clique" didn't care for me, why I was being treated differently from the other VC and constant pressure to do better. Difficult to be "positive" when everyone sits in the boss's office 5 out of the 8 hour day, laughing at their vulgar stories, vaping it up, and not having to work unrealistic expectations. Nepotism is key. If you're slightly awkward, introverted, or otherwise then just stay away. Wish I had.
