Low pay for technicians. You won’t know where you’ll be from day to day which can be quite challenging.

Unknown hours, egregiously low pay, lack of organization, abuse of personal vehicle, confusion amongst managers, this place is just not run correctly

Pros

The work environment is very good. Since this is a privately-owned company, the owners are on-site at most locations and make you feel welcome with their open door policy. If you perform well, and meet the criteria, you are also provided opportunities for promotion. The company is family friendly and GTA hosts family-oriented parties during the year, which is a nice benefit and allows the employees to meet outside of the work environment. All-in-all, my employment at GTA was a positive experience.

Cons

Communication between employees and their superiors is somewhat lacking. Project deadlines can be quite short at times; therefore, creating stressful situations.
