Pros

Some co-workers are very knowledgeable. If they have time to teach you then you will learn.

Cons

Management here is very poor. They are very out of touch with their employees, under value them, are even rude and disrespectful to them. Management takes on as many project as possible without actually knowing how long they will take. Everyone is over worked and just doesn't feel valued. Which is why they have a large turnover rate. All of the good employees leave and rude people stay. Furthermore, during Covid-19 they discouraged and even got upset when people wanted to work from home even though it was completely possible to do so.

Pros

Co-workers were generally friendly and helpful. Management listens to concerns and tries to resolve issues you may have.

Cons

No company car, personal car needed repairs after 3 months. There is a severe lack of organization within the office. Missing and faulty equipment that breaks down in the field often. Haphazard scheduling, although to be fair that comes with this type of job. Also to be blunt the pay is garbage.

Variety of work and decent group of guys. Must produce to survive.

Cons

Very limited work in the Environmental Field. If you don't have big clients you will struggle and don't expect to receive much help from others. The office felt more like a frat house than an actual business.
