      Pros

      I have just recently joined Geographic Solutions and I have found it a breath of fresh air compared to other places that I have worked. Management seems to really care about their employees. I really like the benefits.

      Cons

      I have not seen any real downsides other than a significant amount of responsibility and the high expectations that are placed on me.

      Pros

      Casual dress; interesting environment in the Palm Harbor historic district; free soda; monthly team lunches provided by company; employees get two computer monitors.

      Cons

      Micromanaged by company president; HR reads your email and instant messages; zero project management and an atmosphere of total chaos; expected to work long hours and time is watched closely; no leadership. Low pay.

      Pros

      Geographic Solutions has proven to be an exciting company to work for. I've experienced tremendous personal and professoinal growth and expect that to continue. The company's products are employment related- providing solutions that help people find jobs is rewarding. The company is hungry for continued growth. Great benefit plan.

      Cons

      Fast moving company with unpredictable sales cycles makes planning a challenge. Can't be afraid of hard work.
