Pros
The students are amazingly passionate, smart, and committed. I loved working with many of my colleagues who were professional, competent and dedicated. I also found the main campus to be beautiful to walk around.
Cons
It appears that University Life is not "safe" for anyone who is not beholden to the individuals in charge who all seem to have been promoted beyond their capacity to adequately perform their work duties. The work environment is toxic and the expectations are beyond the job description and paygrade. I have never encountered so many bullies and back stabbers!
