      George Mason University stands behind their motto, "Where Innovation is Tradition". The rapid growth in recent years and increase in prestige presents opportunities for employees to grow and improve processes in a new and up-and-coming environment.

      Cons

      Parking is highly competitive, and the quality of benefits tend to drive the overall salary average down. The constant construction can also be an inconvenience.
