Pros

Worked in GPJ Singapore for two years. I loved the team that I worked with. Everyone did their job with passion and we always had fun during projects. We were a great team! The benefit I would say was quite good, decent bonus and salary.

Cons

It got too tiring, work life balance was really poor.

Pros

The team that works for George P. Johnson Company in Austin is absolutely amazing. I've never worked anywhere else like this. The way everyone pulls together when a big project comes through is crazy. There is no one else I'd rather be in the trenches with than my current coworkers. They keep me laughing when the work is exhausting and the hours are long. After pulling all nighters or long days on the show floor it is nice to come back to a manager who encourages me to take some time off and find my mojo again before jumping back in the fray. I really appreciate the way they support a balance between work and down time.

Cons

I didn't know I could work this hard! During the busy season, there is never enough time to get everything done and the stress is intense. Last year almost killed me but I'm hoping this year is better with more employees on the team.

Pros

They have a good benefit package. It is an employee owned company so there is potential to accumulate money toward retirement.

Cons

Severely understaffed. Focus too much on one account, taking the others for granted. They have grand ideas about being the "place to work" but they don't focus on currently employees.
