Fairly low stress and good pay. They are definitely trying to improve the company culture with FTO, office happy hours, etc.

Cons

The event services position is more accounting based than was initially explained. Not very collaborative environment in the event services department.

Good work/life balance depending on time of the year. Tries to improve the work day with little give-a-ways (fruit, snacks, etc)

Cons

Too much micro managing and management trying to do my job. Major lack of communication resulting in double work and assumptions. Under-staffed and under-appreciated.
