Pros

Solid company, great benefits, proud to have name on resume. Could be better if hiring process was stronger to find the right person.

Cons

Need stronger HR department. Need stronger interviewing process - testing for certain skills, examples of precious work, etc in order determine skill level. Too many have made it through the interview process that don't have the basic skills and become problems that languish in our company.

Pros

Most people get to work on large impactful projects and see the projects come to life from start to finish. Fast pace environment (for me a pro because I personally enjoy it) Challenges you to work with little direction for a big output. Big learning curves. Recently changed to FTO, unlimited vacation - with your own best judgement.

Cons

Generally low pay, working long hours closer to show time (10+hrs) working on site for (13+ hrs) down time hours are influx (6+hrs) Partially the reason for long hours is due to being extremely under staffed. Company asks current employees to compensate for needed hours.

Pros

* A great company if you want to make money (if you are hourly that is). * They try to build employee morale with happy hour and free snacks * A good place to learn, grow and move on. * The summer is normally when it slows down, so that's a good thing.

Cons

* Long hours! I don't mind working long hours, but when you work from 7:00am-9:30pm 5 days a week and a HIGHLY chance of weekend work, it's ridiculous. * They treat their employees like work mules. * It's a revolving door with new employees in Austin, Auburn Hills, Boston and Nashville. * Expect to have your phone blow up with emails/phone calls 24/7. * Understaffed
