Pros

They get 2 stars because nearly everyone they hire is at the top of their game, from designers to research to sales. Opportunity to work with world-class enterprises with deep pockets. Pay scale is fair. Some employees may like working in a top down organization. But be forewarned: the folks at the top of the pyramid are as slimy as snakes.

Cons

Upper management speaks to different people out of different sides of their mouths. They have NO loyalty to their employees. The place is like a revolving door. They lie: to vendors, employees and clients. The rules and regs in their employee "handbook" are arcane and capriciously enforced.

Pros

Great people and a fun and exciting environment.

Cons

They treat contractors like they're disposable. Overhype and underpay young designers. There is not much room for growth.
