Pros

The people are great. Everyone helps each other. You know that saying that there is no dumb questions? It's true here. Lots of flexibility and independence. No micromanaging from direct managers. Free food (lunch) and happy hour celebrations often The office is cool and has a true agency vibe

Cons

Workload is crazy. Can be a lot of travel. (might not be a con for everyone) Too many people still learning. Not a lot of senior employees who have time to help. Workload is not balanced. Some employees do a lot more than others. Would love to work here for a long time but there just isn't enough opportunity for growth. They say that it's a priority but haven't seen anything in action yet. Old technology.

Pros

Exceptional people and SME teams who get the job done. Great benefits. Variety of clients who are game-changers in the event industry. Has delivery process and best practices nailed. Industry leader.

Cons

Lacks vision/defined process for career tracking. Struggles to retain long-term employees from new hire pool. Salaries/contract rates not competitive, especially given long hours needed to deliver projects, limited resources and Bay Area cost of living. Cannot secure/retain "the best in the business" employees at a PM level. Billable hours model is inflexible. Limited to no on-boarding and training time due to volume of work.

Pros

Exceptional people with can do attitudes. Great benefits. Achievable work life balance. Fabulous location in downtown Boston. Experiencing client growth and working towards an advanced corporate culture.

Cons

Turnover due to lack of career tracking. Top heavy organization with reservations when it comes to risk taking.
