Pros

Always fun and interesting to work with creative people, and the business folks weren't so bad either. Decent pay rate, flexibility, room to grow/advance.

Cons

If you weren't the golden boy or up the ringleaders butts, there's not much for you there. Doesn't matter how talented you are or how unprofessional your coworkers may be. Wondered why I was hired in the first place.

Pros

The culture at this office is fun and challenging. The other employees and the management staff are so supportive of your success. They do a great new hire training program and follow up throughout your first year to make sure you are doing well.

Cons

The hours can be long and the clients are demanding but that is just the events industry. Even when I'm exhausted and feel like I'm at the end of my rope, I still want to come to work the next day.
