-Great exposure to top brands/companies/accounts thereby connecting you so you get your foot in the door with a top name company -Huge learning experience

Cons

-Incredibly overworked and under paid -Non-existent advancement opportunities -Not flexible with work life balance - they expect you to work ridiculous hours and be on the road a lot, but don't give on their end with things like work from home when needed, etc. -Upper management does not care/listen -The bottom line is all they care about, not people -Zero to no training/personal development
