Global footprint, large client portfolio, and leader within the experiential marketing industry. Great opportunity to work for clients with large scale marketing activities and budgets.

Cons

Communication and project/client knowledge is not shared across international offices, very US centric, partner agencies tend to work as individual units / competition despite being under one organizational umbrella

Worked there awhile ago. I miss the camaraderie the most. Lots of hard working people, working hard, really hard. People really cared about each other and often socialized together - it was like a family.

Cons

Long hours. You're in a service capacity so you need to work well with clients yet balance reality and budget - pretty challenging at times. Good place to cut your teeth, but probably not sustainable.
