Pros

Excellent company name to have on your resume. Get in, play the game for awhile, deal with the mess that is destroying the company and move on.

Cons

From shop personnel to upper management, the good people are leaving. Not my opinion, the numbers are the facts. Ugly corporate backstabbing, and political garbage going untouched has moved the once "power house" of exhibit fabrication to number 2 in the industry.

Pros

The Austin management team has always been outstanding and has built a really fun but hard working culture. They lead by example and are always positive. (especially Jennifer and Sandy) I feel like the work I do is appreciated and that they understand how important a work-life balance is to get good work from employees. The other people you work with are always willing to help each other out and we enjoy working on projects together. The events and clients can be challenging but you are always learning something so that's good. They are trying to bring more clients and job opportunities to the Austin office so hopefully there will be more growth in the future for employees. I definitely like working here but don't want to lose the great team feeling we have established.

Cons

The new senior executives started out very positive but are making decisions about the whole company without really caring what the employees need or want. It's definitely changing the way people feel about the company and those managers. I know we need to grow the company but it seems like there isn't a lot of respect for those people who work on existing accounts and have got us to this point.
