Global organization, knows event production on a massive scale and executes on it well and efficiently

Cons

Management is old school and run but people who are too focused on the bottom line to a fault, often times jeopardizing innovative thinking. Management is also so process heavy it is nearly impossible to move nimbly to get things done.

Pros

Brand name globally, pays salary on time, if you are known to the Mumbai office from past it works in your favor.

Cons

You have to obey the internal nexus. High attrition rate. You can be asked to leave on no reasonable grounds. Erratic work timings. Hierarchical and bureaucratic. Work environment isn't how you have in an agency (fun and creative) instead it is suffocating. A proper research before joining is recommended, speak to a lot of people before joining. All the Best!
