Pros

This company and management team are very supportive of a flexible work environment. They offer chances to work on many different projects and provide the ability to balance our personal lives as well. Great coworkers and a lot of fun to come to work everyday.

Cons

Despite all the other benefits, there isn't enough opportunity for advancement within the company.

Pros

Crash course in professional development, project management, and client management as you take on projects to execute high profile executive events. Exposure to event marketing and strategy at a Fortune 500 level.

Cons

The hours can be long and the pay is approx $20-30K below salaries for similar roles in the market. There is not much by way of professional leadership/management but the company has recently brought on a new CEO to improve some of these issues. This is still a great jumping off point to a career in project management/event execution & strategy/marketing.

What other reviews have said is true. Friends promote friends, friends fail up and everyone has silly, inflated titles. Let's put it this way, if you're at the company for more than a year or two and you try to go to another company, you will find that you've become irrelevant.
