Corporate needs an overhaul

Pros

Benefits are decent. That's all.

Cons

Low pay plan when work is low. 3 different Market Managers in 2 markets and all 3 spent 90% of their time at home behind their computers looking at analytics instead of being in the shops.

Poor uppers

Business Outlook

Pros

Depending on what shop you’re at, great coworkers. Like a family environment.

Cons

Poor upper management, they don’t care. Firing managers that have a good work flow to bring in their buddies from other shops that have failed. High school drama with grown adults. Expect unrealistic goals shops are slow claims aren’t coming in but expect the shop to meet budget when there’s no work at all. Corporate makes up new roles just to discard them 1-2 years later. Management plays favoritism. Micro manage shops that are 1% below the goal. Or just over the goal. Hire gms that haven’t been a gm before and can’t manage all the stores in their market. Ignores when asked for help.
