Pros

This place is right for you, If you are willing to: - Forget that you have a family life - Work in an overcrowded place (like a fishmarket) - Participate in politics. Everyone senior has a favorite placed here.

Cons

- They try to stretch you really thin. It doesn't matter what you accomplish in a day, if you are not willing to stay till 8:30 - 9 PM in the night. - The place is really overcrowded. - Lot of politics. You can survive only if you are good at it. Work culture is really bad.

Pros

The pay is decent when you first start, and the benefits are standard. Working from home can be a plus if you're lucky enough to be left alone. Some coworkers are great, and you can bond over shared frustrations.

Cons

This place is a nightmare... management can't communicate, and they only blame reps and leadership when they fail because of it. They promised mandatory OT during peak days but only took volunteers while the call floor was in chaos. Those volunteers, as they should have all ran for the hills. They keep team leads doing everything calls, emails, tickets while leaving us CSRs to fend for ourselves without support. Just "resources" that are wrong half the time. Their layoffs were purely to save money, while keeping reps who've failed scores and dodged calls consistently just to fill floor numbers. We all see it. Meanwhile those actually working hard are left overworked and underappreciated. They delay our breaks and lunches for hours. Favoritism is rampant. Promotions go to the wrong people. HR protects management over employees. Excellent workers are discarded when they're no longer needed, lumped with those who are incompetent due to terrible training and support. They though it was 'smart' to change shifts in the middle of the week, leaving us with no more than 8 hours between shifts if you got trapped in volunteer overtime. Don't even get me started on their responses here. They pretend to care about those they laid off, offering fake sympathy while denying everything everyone says. It's all a coverup. This place has wrecked my mental health, and I’ve seen it destroy others too. Don’t fall for the fake reviews or responses... this place is toxic. If you value your sanity, stay far away.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As a business aligned with the Open Enrollment period, our operations naturally follow a seasonal cycle. This is why many roles are temporary, a point we make clear during the hiring process. This model is common in industries with fluctuating demand, and our approach allows us to efficiently meet the needs of our clients during peak periods. High-performing agents are also considered for permanent roles based on business needs. We offer competitive compensation for our seasonal agents, which includes a strong base hourly rate along with opportunities for bonuses, ensuring that our team members are rewarded for their hard work. We’re truly sorry to hear that you felt unsupported and undervalued during your time with us. We take feedback like yours seriously and will continue working to ensure that our teams feel heard, appreciated, and set up for success. If you’d like to share more insights, we encourage you to reach out so we can better understand and address your concerns. We appreciate your contributions and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Work remotely, overall seems like a easy or simple job to learn training is 3 weeks so maybe easy just customer service hiring process easy and quick recruiters was nice and informational and check in from time to time to make sure had everything you needed

Cons

How ever I only stayed for the first 2 days of training but it was very micromanaged over 40 ppl in training class pay was not worth to stay and get micromanaged to for the first few days of work there was not a warm welcome like most companies and a introduction. trainer sounded very unhappy to be at work or uninterested in training (lost enthusiasm) sounded very robotic going by a script. lol but overall that’s it I’m sure it maybe a good company to work for.. maybe for some and other not.. if you give it a chance and try to stick through you might see different results but for me it was to much due the none welcoming, minimum interactions was given to ask questions and micro managed trainer also seemed bais to certain ppl
