High profile projects that will boost your resume Very multicultural and open minded modern work environment that suits well with it's Downtown location. Good place to work for women engineers and architects (Almost half of the staff are women, which is a good thing)

Cons

Some managers are terrible with managing and people skills Micromanaging is big in the Engineering side Very political with leadership, managing and negotiations. All full time employees are salaried and no overtime. You will be asked to work overtime and on weekends but without pay. There won't be much growth for young engineers. You will report to your manager and that's it. Most of the Architects are young and their attitude and culture is not so professional since they don't have any strong senior manager to teach professionalism. 'Gossip' is the favorite word in this office. You will find rumors, gossips and back stabbing by the higher management itself.

Don't expect anything good for decent employment

Cons

Management is totally unhelpful and terrible. If you're not a talkative person, don't expect to go anywhere here. Management will crush you down if they don't like you.
