      Nepotism, favoritism, and politics!! Stay away!!

      Nothing good for a meaningful career!

      Cons

      The reality of working in this place: 1-Terrible place for long-term career. 2- No opportunities for growth. 3-They improved the salaries recently, but the bonuses and 401k are very bad comparing to the market. 4-Unprofessional management team.

      Could be better with improvements

      Pros

      - You get to work on diverse projects which helps in expanding your skill set. - The food is great. Snack time in afternoons, Taco Tuesdays, etc. - Good learning experience if you choose to take advantage of the opportunity.

      Cons

      - Low salary and benefits. Compared to other companies around, it could be better. - Work week is 45 hours. That's when you get paid for overtime, and its straight time. - Below industry standard for holidays and vacations - Pay raises are hard to come by
