We're sorry to hear you feel this way. Unfortunately, Per Diem staff have gotten a bad reputation as being unreliable because of bad actors... We have had to take a very strict policy towards short notice call offs and no call no shows to preserve the reputation of staff who show up, work hard and provide great care for the residents! I also disagree with the anonymous and unvetted approach that Glassdoor takes with reviews.
