Pros

I can’t really think of any

Cons

Opportunities promised vs. what was given was like a Chinese direct purchase fail They are unethical I would consider them to owe me $$$ for my time there…. The personalities of people in the office are terrible, they did not even take precautions like wearing masks during the virus I am much happier doing gig work through other apps in the area— I even got certified through one of them

Hi Anonymous, so sorry that you feel like your time with us was not a good experience. We are not your typical "agency" or healthcare tech platform. We believe that bad actors in our industry have severely damaged the reputation of dedicated and hardworking healthcare professionals through loose standards. Because of this, we have strict policies for our staff regarding call offs and unprofessional behavior. While some people may find them to be too harsh, we believe it is the only way to turn around the negative perception of "agency" and deliver care that our clients and their residents can count on. All the best to you on your new role and congratulations on getting certified!

Pros

you can make a lot of actual good money by sitting there and not doing a whole lot because the cnas are working and earning a few hundred for you a week (how it works everywhere) high need shifts you are allowed to negotiate for more $

Cons

I can personally attest that most of these glowing reviews of the company are actually written by hiring staff or company owners to attach talent and business to itself- but I think tha t is obvious by reading them lol I did not enjoy my time here.... From listening to the things I heard compared to the things that I personally knew, felt like I wanted to go home and take a shower. sometimes I cried at work. I would never recommend seeking serious work or business with these people First of all they will fire anyone for anything if they think it will be a problem financially. Like, migraines or documented back issues? Not a "real" medical condition or you are unqualifed for some reason because we do not have time to deal with an unreliable worker I guess(unless you have a "proven track record" of you making us money). you are nothing but dollars. I did not see a lot of ---soul from these ppl and sometimes there is a lot of leniency to get you through the door if you meet a particular need for a fav employee Trust me, they will try not to pay you or try delay pay if you get fired. Somehow, $20 extra in the company bank account rather than your personal check after getting fired means more to us than it does to you? Not what I signed up for, but I stayed becauase I really needed the money. They lie and manipulate facts a lot and are just in general, miserable people to be around. I really wish I would have spoken up more but that felt impossible. They will probably do some pr and submit a bunch of glowing reviews to burry this negative one there are a lot of companies around here that will help you get high pay as a cna and still treat you like an actual person. not a source of continual reliable income for what is more than half of the people we "hire"

Wow. So much in here... Anonymous, wish you had brought these concerns up in person. I can assure you that we never set out to create a den of thieves and would welcome any chance to look into these issues. There are many ways to get ahold of us and we would welcome any chance to talk about your concerns. Matt Alvarez Founder

Pros

Some recruiters do make very good money. It is crazy how much can be made off of hourly shift work by sitting there and not doing a whole lot

Cons

I can personally attest that most of these reviews are actually written by us hiring staff and the company owners. Most cnas and all are fired pretty fast if it seems to serve management. It doesn't matter if you got a migraine- not a "real" medical condition and you should have been at work. (Unless we feel like we know you especially well)We do not work with you if it is not profitable.... Trust me, there are better uses of your time Pretty much, to sum it up, they lie a lot. Like, constantly. Like, make you want to take a shower at work. They were some nasty coworkers I will tell you that Not everyone working is actually verified as they say.... some are and some are not- it is whatever they can get away with to make some quick money off of your labor. They will probably do some pr work and submit a bunch of glowing reviews for themselves after reading this...... Happy to be elsewhere. If you are a CNA- I would maybe recommend it in conjunction with other apps. Know your worth cause they will cut you off if it serves them- no warning at all. Don't depend on it to forever be there
