- You literally make your own schedule! - Unlimited time away from work if you desire - Transparent (weekly) pay

Cons

- sometimes limited opportunities for work - lower paying opportunities - not really a resume builder

Thank you! We are committed to finding more and a greater variety of work! We have seen pay rates increase quite a bit this year but understand that sometimes the variety in work opportunities means more than just the $$$s.
