Pros

I have been working at Gildan corporate office for a year now and have enjoyed my time and look forward to more years with Gildan! 1- Being challenged and trusted with projects 2- Advancement opportunities/great place to start your career (if you have a entrepreneurial spirit - you will definitely strive in the environment) 3- Managers care about your development and growth 4- Exposure to management due to the lean environment

Cons

1- Vacation package is fair and basic, but would like it to be more generous! 2- Projects can switch gears and change on moments notice (if you are someone who can adapt quickly then you are fine).

Job stability. Good working environment. Health insurance. Stock purchase plan for some positions. Annual bonuses for some positions. Abundance of resources. Good corporate reputation in the country. Royalties and * various benefits for all positions. * Celebrations, health days, entrepreneurship days, medical follow-up, etc.

Cons

Lower salaries than the average of the industrial market in some positions. Low annual increases. Little chance of growth in some disciplines or departments. Does not count or contribute to any retirement plan for most positions. Bureaucracy in most administrative processes.
