Pros
Gildan is an great company to work for. They put corporate social responsibility front and center, which is important to me. My experience has been amazing from the start. I’ve grown within my role and gotten a lot of support from my manager to hone-in on my hard and soft skills. I’ve also gotten a lot of opportunities for professional development which have helped me take on larger projects as the years go by. Working at the corporate office also has great pros: exposure to upper management, amazing benefits, and the ability to oversee the impacts of the business globally. Would definitely recommend to those who are high-achievers, adaptable and looking to work for a company that’s genuinely interested in making a positive impact in the industry.
