-Tons of bureaucracy across the board -In house talent used to be rock stars, now they just hire anybody off the street as long as you're a buddy of someone in management -Lots of politics to get things done. People stepping on each other to save themselves rampant in our department -Lackluster management, too many chiefs/not enough Indians -No ceiling on # hours to work, they expect you to be available all hours of the day

People who have been working for the company for 8-10 years are usually in a position of power and tend to abuse their direct reports. These managers spend their time at the gym, pretending to work, bragging about their stock options and RSUs - how much they have in their bank account. Toxic environment for someone who is a hard worker and ambitious...very discouraging...
