100% commission. Poor communication and lack of leadership.

You get to meet alot of good people that works there

Cons

As a whole the company isn't the best place to work for. They're very Unprofessional and they over-price alot of the jobs

Promises. Sky is the limit

Cons

Promised 40 hrs lucky if you get 20. Hire you as electrician. Use you as HVAC Laborer. Promised work vehicle. Never happened. Just a number not human.

We do require our employees to work so that we do see the value in investing in their education. Will you clarify what happened, in regards to lacking hours?
