Pros

people where nice, great building. Food in lunch room was amazing, and pretty cheap! It seemed like other areas outside of the call center where laid back

Cons

worst managment setup I have ever seen. Company seemed like is trying to move its operations over to Minilla so layoffs where always an ongoing problem- worst traning I have ever had!

Pros

Schedule is flexible. Big facility with cafeteria, etc., lots of parking.

Cons

Compensation way below living wage. Targets required to make ramp-up plan almost impossible to meet. Deceptive recruiting practices. Understanding Commission plan harder to read than Mayan Petroglyphs. Little support from management or other reps. Training program minimal and consists mostly of Powerpoint presentations with no real job application.
