Good location. The Woodlands is beautiful. Dick Alexander, the founder, is a good and decent person with good management and leadership skills.

Pros

Global Shop Solutions is a family-run, family-oriented business. Flexible schedules are allowed. Recognition is given for accomplishments and hard work. Employees tend to stay for a long time because it is a great place to work. Women and men are both treated equally. Profit sharing is available for all employees. If you live in the Woodlands, it is a great commute to work.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement since employees stay.
