Pros

I would consider Global Shop one of the greatest companies that anyone could ever work for. The environment and people that work there is what makes me excited to go to the office every morning and work my hardest. I have never been around such a professional, encouraging, motivating and loving group of people. Business is always booming and no one should pass up the opportunities that Global Shop has to offer.

Cons

The bagels that are brought in every Friday morning are not helping my diet!

All employees are valued. All employees share proftis. Flexible schedules available. Understanding about home/family life. Hard work and talent are rewarded. Compensation based on skills. Very little turnover - employees stay for a long time. People have a passions for what they do at Global Shop. Women are highly valued.

Cons

Employees stay for a long time, so not a lot of opportunities to move into management.
