Pros

The best reason to work here is definitely for the pay. The second best reason is the people. For the most part everyone is great

Cons

The cons definitly consist of a poor training outline. It's definitely difficult to get what you are supposed to out of a task that you don't know why you are doing it.

Pros

It is a good company for personal growth and technical training. Engineers are empowered to make decisions and expected for their technical judgements. The colleagues are great and motivated.

Cons

The career progression is very slow in spite of the high responsibility. The office politics and hierarchy system are exhausting sometimes. The compensation is not that rewarding. The future of the company is ambitious.
