Pros
Wfh Initially you would feel pressure because of target and all, but it gets better over time as you learn more about the process
Cons
Target is little high but it can be managed if adequate support is provided in case of problems. Have seen that there is low support by QAs and mentors. Senior manager is somewhat rude. He told us that there can be only 2 issues skill or will, which is definitely not the case. But recently, a new manager came and I shifter to that team and she is nice and understands our problem. She doesn't shout or gets disrespectful. Previously the guys which were not performing well, now doing well under her team.
